We are an organization that focuses on girl's education, however once the situation at Zuru primary school was brought to our attention, we knew that God wanted us to take the project on.
We are currently working with a primary school in Chivhu, Zimbabwe to get it running for the 2025 school year. The school is being forced to shut down as a result of children not being able to pay school fees. With that being an issue, the school can’t afford to pay teachers or buy school supplies. Children who can afford to pay school fees will be forced to walk over 10K to get to the nearest school. We need to help save Zuru Primry School. They NEED a borehole for water too!
A lot of children in Zimbabwe go to school without a decent pair of shoes. At the school, our team noticed boys who were wearing girl's shoe pumps because that is all they have available to them.
Unfortunately, some of the children at Zuru, if not most, do not have a proper uniform. Having something as simple as school uniform could help boost confidence in the children.
As it stands, the school does not have water for drinking or sanitation. It will cost a minimum of $2000 to dig up a borehole. A lot of work needs to be done at the school. Please help us raise funds to do as much work as possible
